  • adaptability and openness to change

We take risks, defy convention and pride ourselves on challenging the norm. If you’re a future-focused individual who shares our passion for making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

How we recruit

We recruit, promote and reward our employees solely on the basis of their ability to contribute to PA’s objectives, without regard to their sex, race, disability, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age or marital status.

We'll assess you against the skills and competencies required for the role you're interested in. We see interviewing as an opportunity for you to meet members of the team and to learn more about PA.

The selection process will vary depending on the region and role you're applying for, but it will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and ability through a range of selection methods that may include:

  • verbal and numerical aptitude testing
  • competency-based interviews
  • psychometric assessment/personality profiling
  • case study exercises
  • group exercises
